You have been given a degree of responsibilities.
This is not just for your benefit.
It is for the wider body.
Be faithful with the job in hand.
Not doing what you please.
Nor to please yourself.
Use your wisdom to benefit others.
Use your gifts wisely.
Do what is in front of you to the best of your ability.
Don’t be intimidated by others.
Whatever their attitude towards you.
Don’t be put off by what they may say.
You are not to manipulate people.
Take seriously what He has already given you.
He expects you to honour that.
Anything that hinders you go to Him.
Your job is to do His bidding.
To love like He does.
